2026 Open Enrollment: November 3rd – November 17th

What’s Changing for 2026?

  • Your Cost of Coverage: Due to increased healthcare costs, your monthly contributions will be increasing slightly for all plans. Illumio continues to pay for the majority of the cost of your healthcare coverage
  • Medical Opt-Out Credit Discontinued: Effective 1/1/2026, Illumio will no longer offer a $100 monthly opt-out credit for waiving medical coverage. If choose to enroll in a medical plan for 2026, Illumio will pay for the majority of the cost of coverage. If you choose to waive medical coverage for 2026, you will not be compensated for declining coverage.
  • Cigna EPO Plan Closed for Enrollment: Effective 1/1/2026, the Cigna EPO plan will be closed for new enrollments. Illumio will be officially discontinuing the Cigna EPO plan effective 1/1/2027. Please note that if you are currently enrolled in the Cigna EPO plan, you will be required to choose an alternate plan offering for the 2027 plan year.
  • Cigna HDHP/HSA Deductible: Cigna HDHP/HSA in-network plan deductible is increasing to $1,700 per individual/$3,400 per family.
  • Cigna HDHP/HSA Out-of-Pocket Maximum: Cigna HDHP/HSA in-network plan out-of-pocket maximum is increasing to $3,400 per individual within a family.
  • Health Savings Account Contribution Limit:
    • Illumio’s Contributions: Illumio will be increasing their annual contribution to your Health Savings Account to $850 per individual/$1,700 per family.
    • Total Contributions: Health Savings Account (HSA) annual contribution limits are increasing to $4,400 per individual/$8,750 per family, including the contribution you receive from Illumio. If you are age 55+, you can contribute an extra $1,000 per year.
  • Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Contribution Limit: The Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) annual contribution limit is increasing to $3,400, with a $680 rollover limit.
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Contribution Limit: The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) annual contribution limit is increasing to $7,500 per household.
  • Transportation Savings Account Contribution Limit: The Transportation Savings Account contribution limits are increasing to $340 for parking expenses and $340 for transit expenses.

 

Actions You May Take During Open Enrollment

  • Change your current coverage
  • Enroll in coverage you do not currently have
  • Add or drop a dependent
  • Enroll or change your FSA or HSA election Please Note: Your elections do not roll over from year to year. To participate, you must enroll or re-enroll annually.

Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. The elections you make during Open Enrollment will remain in effect January 1 – December 31, 2026 unless you experience a qualified change in status (such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.).

Do I Need to Enroll?

This year, Open Enrollment is passive. For most benefits, you do not need to take action if you do not want to make any changes to your current benefit elections. NOTE: To participate in the HSA or FSAs, you must enroll or re-enroll annually. Deadline: November 17
