Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for 2027 benefits is November 2 through November 13, 2026.
This is your annual opportunity to enroll in or make changes to these benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
- Supplemental life insurance
- Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
If you don’t do anything during Open Enrollment, your current benefits will continue in 2027 except FSAs – if you want an FSA in 2027, you must actively enroll in one during Open Enrollment.

When you’re ready to enroll or make changes, visit Workday.
Log in to Workday via Okta.
Documentation for Dependents
If you’re enrolling dependents, you may need to provide this documentation:
- Marriage certificate
- Birth or adoption certificate
If you’re enrolling in or increasing supplemental life and AD&D insurance coverage for yourself or dependents, you may need to provide Evidence of Insurability.
Additional Step for Recent New Hires
If you’re hired during Open Enrollment, you’ll need to enroll twice: first for the current plan year, then again for 2027.

In 2027, you can contribute up to:
- Individual medical coverage: $4,500
- Family medical coverage: $9,000
Illumio employer contributions:
- Individual medical coverage: $875
- Family medical coverage: $1,750
2027 Medical Plan Changes
- Cigna EPO plan will no longer be offered.
- Cigna HDHP minimum deductibles increase to $1,750 individual / $3,500 family.
- Cigna PPO in-network: deductible $200/$700; out-of-pocket maximum $2,500/$5,000; PCP $15 copay; specialist $15 copay; emergency room $150 copay + 10%; urgent care $20 copay; MDLive Virtual urgent care $15 copay; retail prescriptions $15/$30/$50; mail-order prescriptions $45/$85/$145.
- Cigna PPO out-of-network: deductible $200/$700; out-of-pocket maximum $7,000/$15,000.
